Your training is yours
Your training is yours. It is for you, so the content of the training is designed according to what you want and need. The programme is created with your agreement, based on the needs analysis meeting with you before the training. This programme gives a structure to the training, detailing the objectives, but it is not written in stone, it can be adapted as we go through the training, relative to your constantly changing requirements.
How we design your course
Imagine a language to be like a body. Everybody, no matter where you are or what you do, needs bones. Grammar is the structure that holds the whole language together, like bones in a body, so everybody first needs at least the basics of grammar.
The next priority is the muscles, the vocabulary. Each person has different muscular requirements, depending on what they need to do in life. A lawyer does not need the same muscles as someone who works in construction. In the same way, the vocabulary needs for these two people will be different. Your trainer will listen to what you do and how you do it. This will help them to provide you with the correct vocabulary muscle for your needs.
So what happens next?
First, you will talk with a Training Needs Analyst, who will listen to what you want to do, what your priorities are, and find out about your specific language needs according to your professional context. Your level will be evaluated according to what skills you want to work on (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
Our assessment follows the Common European Framework of Reference for languages (CEFR)
Next, you will be provided with a training quote, based on your needs analysis.
We will then design your training program, and check with you if you like the program.
We then choose a trainer who has previous experience in your sector of business, who will adapt to your learning style and training rhythm.
