How we take care of your data

This agreement concerns any information that you, the customer, provide us with.
It concerns the Service Period(s), which is the period when we provide you with a service that you have asked us for by paying the invoice and agreeing to the Agreement sent to you before the start of the service. The dates of the Service Period are agreed with you in advance. We store and process your information during the Service Period, to be able to provide you with the service you requested.
Your information, such as contact details, level of English and other pedagogical information, is shared only with the team members required to provide the service to you. This is limited to the direction, internal administration team, and the trainer and/or analyst assigned to your course. All of these individuals are subject to a confidentiality contract with Capricorn, this means they are not allowed to share any information about you with unauthorised people or organisations, or use any market or trade secrets which you have shared with them.
During the Service Period, we employ the services of some trusted authorised organisations, so that we can better provide you with the service you asked for.
These authorised organisations are Software As A Service (SoAS) providers we employ to help us deliver our service to you. These providers are: ANewSpring (online platform on which we deliver our material), Dropbox (cloud document creation and storage), Hubspot (CRM), Xero (Accounting), and Zoho (cloud document management). All our partners are compliant with international data protection laws.
Immediately after the end of the service period, your data is archived, meaning it cannot be accessed by our team or partners, only top level Capricorn management can retrieve it if necessary. After a period of 3 years, we delete your data. If you would like to see the data we have about you, you would like to change it, or for it to be deleted, please contact us at:
